Shipping + Delivery

Jack + Jade Home offers Free Standard Shipping in Canada on nearly all orders over $150 (before taxes).  On orders under $150 a flat $15 shipping fee will be added to your shopping cart total.  We try to stock our most popular items in our warehouse and ship out most other items directly from our suppliers.  This approach saves time, money, resources and has a lower environmental impact since items are not being shipped twice.

Returns + Replacements

Jack + Jade Home wants you to be completely satisfied with every item that you purchase from us and are committed to your satisfaction.  We make every effort to offer or customers the highest quality products but if you are not happy with your purchase or you simply just change your mind we have tried to make our return policy as hassle free as possible.

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and 20% handling costs.

Why should I create an online account?

Creating an online account with allows you to place orders quickly and easily without having to enter all your personal information each time you place an order. With an account, you’ll also be able to create a Wish List and keep a history of all your orders, among other things. Ordering at is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away.  You can also put your items on hold by saving them in your Shopping Cart or on your wish list to access at a later date.
