Jack + Jade Home offers Free Standard Shipping in Canada on nearly all orders over $150 (before taxes). On orders under $150 a flat $20 shipping fee will be added to your shopping cart total. Some orders may incur additional shipping charges depending on where they are being shipped. Some more remote areas will incur a slightly higher charge for orders under $150 and the free shipping over $150 may not apply. We try to make every effort to offer free shipping over $150 to everyone.

We try to stock our most popular items in our warehouse and ship out most other items directly from our suppliers. This approach saves time, money, resources and has a lower environmental impact since items are not being shipped twice.

Lead times of shipments directly from manufacturers do vary depending on the supplier and ran range from 1-8 weeks. Lead times are estimates only and can change on a regular basis depending on stock availability and market conditions. Manufacturers may indicate longer than stated lead times after orders are placed, subject to demand and availability. Please contact us for specific lead times on the products you are interested in.

Delivery dates are good faith estimates only and are quoted in "business days". This does not include weekends and statutory holidays. Sorry, PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery.

For made-to-order pieces and other items shipped directly from the manufacturer, lead times will vary with every manufacturer and it can range anywhere from 1 to 14 weeks.

Each product’s detail page indicates the estimated lead time for every article. This information is noted below the price of the item for quick reference: e.g. “This item usually ships within 1-2 weeks.’’.

We ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote regions but additional shipping fees may apply due to a deliery area surcharge applied by some shipping companies. Please contact us prior to placing an order to obtain a shipping quote. If you place an order without obtaining a shipping quote, we will contact you with shipping fees via email prior to shipping your product(s). You will need to respond to this email indicating that we can proceed with the order.

Please note: Shipping rates to remote areas will vary depending on the type of product as smaller products will incur lower rates while larger and heavier items will icur higher rates.

quickship delivery (canada)

Some of the items we have in stock are labeled as QuickShip in the labels area of the product page. Our goal is to ship out all in stock QuickShip items within 1-2 business days. These items are stocked, packaged and ready to go so will normally arrive to your door within 5-10 business days of leaving our warehouse.

freight shipping

Certain items available on Jack + Jade have to be shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier because they are too heavy or require special handling. You are responsible for the cost of freight shipping and Jack + Jade will contact you once the order is placed. If your purchase is delivered via Freight, you will be contacted by the Freight company by telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery (typically during M-F business hours), to schedule a delivery appointment. You will need to be present to sign for the item.

Freight shipments are brought to the curbside only and do not include assembly, installation or delivery inside a residence or office. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are extraordinary shipping/delivery circumstances. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

white glove delivery

Standard freight delivery only includes curbside delivery and does not include delivery inside a building or home, removal of packaging, or specific delivery appointments therefore Jack + Jade offers it’s customers a “white glove” delivery service. This service is offered for an additional $150 which will be added to your shopping cart before checkout. Please contact us for additional information.

White Glove Delivery consists of:

• Item(s) delivered inside the home and placed in the room of the customers choice on any level of the home.

• Item(s) unpackaged and packaging material removed from customers home of building

• Flexible delivery times during standard hours of operation

shipping to the united states

For items sent to the US we charge shipping at cost and we attempt to use the best value method available for each case. Shipping charges to your location will be listed at checkout based on the charges of the specific carrier. Shipping estimates should be requested in advance if needed. We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties from Canada to their country.

Please note that due to certain manufacturer restrictions some products cannot be shipped to certain geographical locations inside Canada as well as outside Canada. We will contact you if an item can not be shipped to your location.

international shipping

Customers not on the North American continent should please contact us about shipping prior to making your purchase. Due to certain supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped outside of Canada. We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers, although they may be liable to import duties on some items. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties to their country.
